Minister Scheduler Pro is a complete solution for managing and scheduling any number of ministers or volunteers for church services. Whether you are in charge of scheduling only one ministry or scheduling all ministers and volunteers that participate in your church`s services, Minister Scheduler Pro can save you hours upon hours of tedious work every month! During the initial setup phase you define the ministries to schedule and your weekly service times.
You can also specify which of your ministers can serve in which ministries, service time preferences at which the ministers would like to serve, family groupings to make sure family members will always be scheduled together, vacation dates, preferred serving frequencies, and more. A highly sophisticated multi-pass scheduling algorithm ensures that the highest quality schedules are always produced. Finished schedules can be saved as Microsoft Word® documents or even as web pages so you can post them directly onto the internet.
Minister Scheduler Pro can also produce rosters and even mailing labels! It is by far the most sophisticated and easy to use solution available for church volunteer scheduling. Both single ministry ($59) and unlimited ministry ($159) licenses are available. |
